Three floors of the Bronk building on the campus of The Rockefeller University are being renovated to support a Translational Center that will house an incubator for biotech start-ups and the Tri-Institutional Therapeutics Discovery Institute (TDI). The renovation of the space is being supported by the generosity of Mr. Lew Sanders, Mr. Bill Ford, and Mr. Russ Carson, all Trustees of The Rockefeller University.
Design work was initiated in Fall of 2020 and construction is slated to begin in early 2022, with an expected occupancy readiness of late 2023.
