Dr Dan Heller Wins TDI Central Protein Database Prize

Congratulations to Dr Dan Heller from MSKCC who won a $100 Amazon gift voucher for his entry to the TDI Central Protein Database in Q4 2020. The Heller Lab recently discovered a new lipid metabolism target in RAS cancers.

The Tri-Institutional Therapeutics Discovery Institute is compiling a database of all proteins being investigated in the Tri-Institutional Community. The aim is to help foster early-stage therapeutic discovery projects and thus all proteins with the potential for biomedical significance are welcome. TDI is covered by a blanket confidentiality agreement with all three of its parent institutes, so all information submitted is protected and, since the data is not publicly accessible, private. The data will be routinely analyzed by TDI and we may reach out to you to discuss opportunities for collaboration.
